Authorisation
The EU directive 2004/842/EC allows the marketing of material of varieties that have not yet been officially tested (the DUS-test is not finished yet) and for which a request for authorisation is submitted. Authorisation is possible for vegetable and agricultural crops.
Authorisation
Naktuinbouw is responsible for granting authorisation in the Netherlands for vegetable crops (not possible for hobby market varieties). The NAK grants authorisation for agricultural crops.
