For some resistances, the choice ‘not tested’ has been added in the answer. The changes may affect applications that are already ready to be submitted in your dashboard.
Completed information may expire.
Therefore, we ask you to sign and send applications that are ready to be submitted before 30 September 2024.
However, it is possible to sign and submit these applications later, but then there is a chance that some questions may need to be re-filled.

Proposed fees 2027
The fees of the Board for Plant Varieties are determined annually by the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, Food Security and Nature. The fee proposals are jointly prepared by Naktuinbouw and the Board for Plant Varieties.
This announcement concerns the proposed application fees for Plant Breeders’ Rights and Variety Listing, as well as DUS testing, for 2027.
