Prolongation 2025
This year, prolongation can be applied for vegetable and agricultural varieties that were listed in 2017. This also applies to vegetable varieties that were listed in 2004 and 2005.

Update NRR (Dutch Variety Register)
Great news! The previously reported technical issues with the NRR (Dutch Variety Register) have now been resolved. You can once again use the register as you are accustomed to. Unfortunately, the field "prolongation requested" is currently missing in the NRR. This will be fixed.

Fees
These fees have been approved by the Minister of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality for the year 2023.
Below are the fees for 2022 and 2023, for application for plant breeders' rights and/or listing of species in the vegetable-, agricultural-, ornamental- and arboricultural sectors.
