New harmonized application form for variety listing/plant breeders’ rights available soon
A new version of the application form for variety listing and the granting of plant breeders’ rights in the Netherlands will be introduced shortly.
Fees
These fees have been approved by the Minister of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality for the year 2023.
Below are the fees for 2022 and 2023, for application for plant breeders' rights and/or listing of species in the vegetable-, agricultural-, ornamental- and arboricultural sectors.
